Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!


Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. We offer personal training within a gym but also home sessions around Shrewsbury. Both options can be discussed within a free initial, no obligation consulation.


It all depends on you!  How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! Everyone is different, we just ensure each day, is a step in the right direction.


We have a wealth of experience, working with people with a range of injuries and health conditions. Workout plans are bespoke to you, therefore everything is designed around your abilities and goals. Our aim is to improve your health and increase your confidence.
